Cod (FISH) (50%), Breadcrumbs ( WHEAT Flour [ WHEAT, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Salt, Yeast ), Batter ( Water, WHEAT Flour [WHEAT, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine] ), Rapeseed Oil.
Cooking From Frozen:
For best results cook from frozen. Oven Bake: Remove from packaging & place onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 220ºC/200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7 for 12-15 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat the oil to 180ºC and cook for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Storage From Frozen:
Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
