Ingredients:
Squid (MOLLUSCS) (35%), Breadcrumb (35%) [WHEAT Flour, Canola Oil, Sugar, Salt], Batter (30%) [WHEAT Flour, Water, Thickeners (E1404, E1420), Sugar, Raising Agents (E450, E500), Salt].
Cooking From Frozen:
Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 220°C (Gas Mark 7). Place frozen squid on a preheated baking rack and bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen squid for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Pan Fry: Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature. Place frozen squid in frypan and cook for 4-6 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Storage From Frozen:
Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
